Terms & Conditions for Employee Membership

By registering at lhmc.uk and purchasing an Employee Membership Plan, you (“Member” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or payment.
1. Eligibility & Registration

You must be a current employee of a company registered with Holistic Andrology LTD.

Company Code (the unique code provided by your employer)

You must opt in to receive our newsletter and promotional communications. Without this opt-in, you will not qualify for the free first-year membership or any promotional discounts.
2. Membership Plan & Fees

First Year Free Trial

After registration and newsletter opt-in, you receive a free 12-month trial of the Employee Membership Plan.

A one-time joining fee applies immediately at signup.

Recurring Subscription
-
At the end of the 12-month trial, your Membership automatically renews at per annum or monthly .

Renewal payments are charged to the payment method you provided.

Cancellation
-
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings.

Cancellation during the trial stops future renewals but does not refund the joining fee.

3. Role-Based Access & Benefits

As an Employee Plan subscriber, you are entitled to:

Pre-negotiated discounted rates on Medical Services (see Appendix A).

Administrative facilitation of appointment bookings.
-
Access to member-only resources and promotions.

Only subscribers to the Employee Plan may access Employee-only pages and services.

Holistic Andrology LTD acts strictly in an administrative capacity. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or guarantee appointment availability. All clinical care is provided by independent Doctors.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the site and membership is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at [Link to Privacy Policy]. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on lhmc.uk (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Holistic Andrology LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without express written permission.
7. No Liability
Under no circumstances shall Holistic Andrology LTD be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or expense of any kind (including direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages) arising from or in connection with your membership, your use of the site, the Booking Process, or any Medical Services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Holistic Andrology LTD and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your breach of these Terms;

Your misuse of the site or services;

Any medical decisions or outcomes resulting from services provided by independent Doctors.
9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your membership for:

Non-payment of fees after the trial period.

Violation of these Terms or misuse of member services.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London.
